The Durabin is a very severe deep-draw part made from High Density Polyethylene, .312" starting gauge. It's challenge is the draw of material and maintaining adequate wall thickness into the 10 pockets in such close proximity to each other. The "pockets" are formed in a female mold and material distribution is optimized with a "plug-assist" for each pocket.
