Quality Assurance

ATI employs many ISO 9000 compatible systems in a Quality Assurance Program combining operator responsibility with state of the art tools:

• 36" Faro CMM system capable of measuring up to 10' features to +/-.003;
• Standard gauges and pins, which are NBS calibrated once a year;
• Documentation, rev level control and rejected material controls meet ISO requirements
• Ability to lot control materials
• Written documentation specifying fabrication procedures and inspection criteria
• Inspection records are maintained as specified by the customer
